The role of the CWO is to ensure that the Academy adheres to the National Governing Boody Safeguarding regulations as CWO Stuart is suitably vetted and trained, this means that the Academy is insured should a safeguarding incident take place. Stuart’s role as the CWO is to help ensure that safeguarding is being adhered to by all staff, volunteers, members and visitors. We always seek to achieve an environment that is free of any type of abuse and bullying, where everyone can relax and enjoy the community regardless of their background, Stuart is the point of contact for all welfare and safeguarding concerns.
